Hand-picked healing meals

On Tuesday, July 16th, members of the Bouvier Brigade laced up their work boots and put on their gardening gloves to help the Healing Meals Project.

The Brigade weeded gardens, picked vegetables and herbs, and even got up close with a few farm animals. Once their hot day of gardening was complete, they returned to the main campus where they washed and sorted the garden gatherings. These vegetable will be turned into various meals as well as “immune broth” to be delivered to individuals and families facing acute care medical crisis.

See a video of their adventurous day on our Facebook page!
